25 Industrial Projects Approved in Himachal

Shimla, 16 February 2025: The State Single Window Clearance and Monitoring Authority has approved 25 new and expansion industrial projects worth Rs 883.36 crore, paving the way for employment opportunities for approximately 2,830 people.

The approvals came during the authority’s 30th meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. Reaffirming the government’s commitment to positioning Himachal Pradesh as a prime industrial hub, officials approved proposals spanning various sectors.

Among the new ventures, M/s Bauji Industries Private Limited received approval to establish a facility in Kirpalpur, Solan, for manufacturing capsules, tablets, and liquid medicines. M/s Jai Pali Infra Private Limited Unit II will set up operations in Manjholi, Solan, to produce PUF panels, while M/s Rich Printers Private Limited plans a corrugated box manufacturing unit in Baddi.

Besides, M/s Richlyns Healthcare in Bhud, Baddi, will manufacture medicines, M/s Indo Spirits in Nahan, Sirmaur, will produce IMFL and country liquor, and M/s Sri Kaumudhi Textiles Private Limited will establish a textile fabric towel manufacturing unit in Chanour, Kangra.

Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, along with Additional Chief Secretaries KK Pant, Onkar Chand Sharma, and RD Nazeem, participated in the meeting.
