Ludhiana: On Saturday, Sri Guru Harkrishan Adarsh Senior Secondary School in the Dhandra area of Ludhiana received an email bomb threat, causing alarm among school officials with the Sadar police station initiating an investigation, leading to the school’s closure.
During the investigation, two mobile numbers linked to the email were discovered; one was operational in Bihar, while the other was in Ludhiana.
According to reports, a minor boy from Ludhiana, who is a migrant, was detained for questioning.
The principal received the threatening email, which warned of a possible bombing at the school.
Police are examining the email address, which was sent from a mobile number registered in Bihar.
While authorities believe it could be a prank, they are proceeding with caution.
