CHANDIGARH, February 28, 2026: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab unit announced on Saturday that a massive delegation of Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, and senior leaders will travel to Delhi for a public rally at Jantar Mantar. Scheduled for Sunday at 11 AM, the gathering is intended to demonstrate the party’s unified strength behind National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal following his recent judicial discharge.
AAP Punjab General Secretary and Media In-charge Baltej Pannu affirmed that the entire state leadership stands firmly with Kejriwal. He stated that the rally serves as a platform for the National Convenor to outline the party’s future trajectory. Pannu noted that the people of Punjab maintain full faith in Kejriwal’s commitment to clean politics, asserting that “the truth has prevailed” in the wake of recent legal developments.
“AAP Punjab leaders and volunteers will reach Delhi in large numbers to express solidarity and to hear our National Convenor outline the party’s future course,” Pannu stated. He maintained that the support from Punjab reflects a national sentiment of trust in the party’s integrity.
MLA and party spokesperson Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal declared that the rally will expose what he termed as deliberate conspiracies by the BJP to tarnish the image of honest leaders. He asserted that these tactics were employed solely to gain political advantage, but maintained that the public has recognized the reality behind the allegations.
“Punjab stands shoulder to shoulder with Arvind Kejriwal,” Dhaliwal affirmed. He stated that the voice rising from Jantar Mantar will inspire those who believe in transparent governance and will set a new direction for national politics. The Punjab leadership has urged all traveling supporters to maintain strict discipline to ensure the success of the historic gathering.
