CHANDIGARH, March 27, 2026: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday continued its statewide outreach campaign marking four years of its government in Punjab, with leaders engaging directly with citizens across districts as part of the “Shandaar 4 Saal, Bhagwant Mann de Naal” initiative.

The second day of the ‘Samvad’ program saw Cabinet ministers and MLAs holding public meetings, visiting villages and urban wards, and presenting the government’s performance while seeking feedback from residents.

Cabinet Ministers Barinder Kumar Goyal, Harbhajan Singh ETO and Lal Chand Kataruchak led outreach efforts in their respective constituencies, addressing gatherings through nukkad meetings and interactive sessions.

In Lehra, Goyal said the government has worked to bring tangible changes at the grassroots level. “The Bhagwant Mann Government has focused on delivering real change at the grassroots level, ensuring that benefits reach every household,” he stated.

Harbhajan Singh ETO, during his interaction with residents, pointed to sectoral improvements as key achievements. “The government’s key achievements include improvements in education, healthcare, electricity, employment, infrastructure, and law and order,” he said.

Kataruchak described the campaign as an effort to strengthen public engagement. “This campaign is not just about achievements, but about strengthening direct communication with citizens and understanding their aspirations, ensuring governance remains responsive, transparent and accountable,” he noted.

AAP leaders conducted meetings across multiple locations, including Barnala, Rajrana in Sardulgarh, Momiyan in Shutrana, Bahon Yatari in Bathinda Rural and Gidder in Bhucho Mandi. Similar interactions were held in Bhai Bakhtaur, Ghuman Kalan, Mansa, Kasam Bhatti in Jaitu and Ludhiana East.

Public meetings were also organized in Dheema Wali in Kotkapura, Samana, Khiali in Mehal Kalan and several areas of Balluana, where residents gathered in large numbers.

The outreach extended further to Bugra in Maur Mandi, Patiala Urban, Bhucho Mandi, Jalandhar Cantonment, Talwandi Sabo and Sundarchakk in Bhoa.

According to party leaders, the campaign drew strong participation, with many residents expressing satisfaction with improvements in public services and welfare measures.
