Chandigarh, March 31: The youth wing of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) announced a massive statewide mobilization on Tuesday to promote the achievements of the Bhagwant Mann administration. Parminder Singh Goldy, Chairman of the Punjab Youth Development Board and Acting President of the AAP Punjab Youth Wing, stated that the ‘Shandaar 4 Saal, Bhagwant Mann De Naal’ campaign will reach every village and urban ward to connect directly with the public.
The initiative focuses on the government’s record over the last four years, specifically regarding job creation and the overhaul of the state’s education system. Goldy noted that the administration has successfully provided 65,000 government positions based on merit and facilitated over five lakh opportunities within the private sector through increased industrial investment.
“The youth wing will organize ‘nukkad sabhas’ and meetings across Punjab to directly connect with people and highlight these achievements,” Goldy affirmed during a press conference in Chandigarh.
The campaign also intends to showcase the “Yudh Nashean Virudh” initiative, which the party maintains has broken the backbone of drug trafficking in the state. Goldy declared that the government’s efforts have steered the youth toward constructive paths, supported by the development of new sports infrastructure and international training programs for educators.
“Government schools in Punjab are witnessing a major transformation with modern infrastructure and advanced teaching methods,” Goldy maintained. He added that by sending principals to countries like Singapore and Finland, the state is bringing global standards to local classrooms.
