CHANDIGARH, June 22 — The Aam Aadmi Party asserted that comprehensive scientific analysis has completely cleared Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann of any connection to a controversial viral video. Party officials presented data from a detailed forensic examination that analyzed more than 1,100 individual frames of the footage, concluding that the physical structure and features of the person featured do not match the Chief Minister.
The political organization stated that senior representatives, including Punjab AAP President Aman Arora and Cabinet Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, have met with the Director General of Police to deliver the scientific findings. The delegation demanded an immediate and rigorous investigation by law enforcement authorities to pinpoint the source of the footage and hold the perpetrators accountable.
The administration maintained that the entire episode points to a deliberately manufactured smear campaign. Addressing the media, AAP Punjab State Media In-charge Baltej Pannu declared that the state police must focus on uncovering the logistical and financial networks that enabled the creation of the video.
“The investigation analyzed more than 1,100 frames of the video and clearly established that the person shown in it is not CM Bhagwant Singh Mann,” Baltej Pannu stated. “The forensic examination has categorically ruled out any connection of the Chief Minister with the video.”
The party maintained that an impartial investigation is necessary to unmask the hidden entities involved in staging and amplifying the content on digital platforms. Party leaders asserted that the public has a right to know the identities behind the production values of the clip.
“Several questions now need answers,” Baltej Pannu affirmed. “Who was the actor featured in the video? Who produced it? Who directed it? And most importantly, who financed this conspiracy? The truth must come out and all those responsible must be identified.”
