Lucknow: Selected candidates under the Clerical Cadre Direct Recruitment-2023 expressed appreciation for the recruitment process following the distribution of appointment letters by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at Lok Bhawan. The candidates affirmed that their selection was achieved solely through personal merit and dedication, without any external recommendations or extra financial expenses.
Recruits across various cadres, including Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential), Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk), and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts), shared their experiences regarding the multi-stage evaluation. They maintained that complete fairness was observed across all phases, from the initial written examinations and skill-based typing tests to the final medical screenings.
Several candidates noted that their persistent efforts over years of preparation yielded results due to the transparent administrative framework. They stated that receiving their appointment letters directly from the Chief Minister marked a significant milestone for their families and reaffirmed public faith in state recruitment systems.
Meanwhile, UP CM Yogi said: “Those who failed to provide employment are the ones raising questions today. Let them keep counting, we will keep delivering.”
“The discussion will not be about providing jobs to fewer than one lakh youths, but rather exceeding that figure,” he said ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh assembly polls which are due early next year.
