Lucknow, Oct 3:  The skies over Kashi are set to resonate with the roar of Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft as Namo Ghat hosts a mega three-day aerial display from October 24 to 26.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a high-level review of preparations on Saturday, instructing officials to deploy sector-wise magistrates and trained police personnel for seamless crowd and traffic management along the Ganga.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh are expected to attend the primary event scheduled for October 25.

Senior IAF officers along with Varanasi district authorities presented a comprehensive action plan detailing spectator galleries, VIP enclosures, entry-exit corridors, and emergency response protocols.

Chief Minister Yogi emphasized that because substantial crowds are expected across all major ghats, inter-district coordination and advance mock drills must be executed to ensure safety and convenience for visiting devotees and tourists.
