Air India Flyer Urinates on Co-Passenger During Delhi-Bangkok Flight

New Delhi, April 9 — An Air India passenger on a flight from Delhi to Bangkok allegedly urinated on a fellow traveller, prompting the airline to report the incident to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and initiate an internal inquiry.

Confirming the “unruly behaviour,” Air India said its crew followed all standard procedures and offered assistance to the aggrieved passenger, who declined to file a grievance with authorities in Bangkok.

Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu said the ministry had taken note of the incident and assured action if any wrongdoing was found.

The airline said an Independent Committee would assess the case and determine any action to be taken against the accused.

The incident adds to the list of recent passenger misconduct cases on Indian flights, sparking renewed scrutiny over inflight safety protocols.
