Highlighting details published by The Indian Express, Kejriwal stated that serious questions have emerged regarding the implementation of the Special Intensive Revision process and the distribution of administrative authority among commission officials. He maintained that core electoral governance under constitutional norms requires collective decision-making among all three commissioners, expressing concern that recent circulars and updates regarding voter lists were issued without full procedural concurrence.
The AAP chief asserted that recent administrative adjustments restricting the direct portal access of local Electoral Registration Officers could impact the integrity of voter roll updates across various states. Calling for structural corrections, Kejriwal declared that orders issued without full internal commission approvals should be thoroughly reviewed, while advocating for the restoration of earlier electoral rolls and fresh polls in states where recent revisions were applied.
