Panchkuka: Amid Haryana polls, Congress candidate Chander Mohan pledged to transform Panchkula into a cyber hub and industrial town during his campaign on Wednesday.
Speaking at public meetings across the city, he stressed on his commitment to realizing the vision of his late father, former Chief Minister Chaudhary Bhajan Lal, who aimed to make Panchkula a modern, well-equipped city.
“My dream is to develop Panchkula like Gurugram,” Mohan stated.
He mentioned the area’s excellent air quality and growing appeal for residents, stressing the need for infrastructure upgrades and local business support to drive development within Panchkula rather than nearby cities like Mohali or Baddi.
