Srinagar, Dec 2: The General Officer Commanding of the White Knight Corps on Monday visited forward posts in the Bhimber Gali Sector to review the Army’s operational preparedness along the Line of Control, the Corps said in a post on X.
The GOC was accompanied by the GOC Ace of Spades Division during the assessment. According to the post, shared by news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC), the commanders examined the security situation and reviewed measures aimed at strengthening surveillance and precision engagement capabilities.
Officials said the GOC interacted with forward-deployed troops and received detailed briefings on their readiness, ongoing training modules and steps underway to further enhance ground capability. He urged troops to maintain high alertness, calling constant vigilance “essential” in the current environment.
The Corps’ post concluded with the message: “We serve, we protect!”
