The Chief Minister also declared that a primary goal of the state is to make the youth of Haryana globally competitive. He noted that Canada’s internationally recognized systems of applied learning, polytechnic education, and simulation-based training offer a blueprint for new experiential learning pathways and industry-integrated curricula in Haryana.
