Ahmedabad, 7 February 2025– Jeet Adani, youngest son of billionaire Gautam Adani, married Diva Jaimin Shah, daughter of diamond merchant Jaimin Shah, in a private ceremony in Ahmedabad on Sunday. The wedding, held at Shantigram, the Adani township, followed traditional Jain and Gujarati rituals and was attended by close family and friends.
Gautam Adani, sharing photos from the wedding on social media, wrote, “With the blessings of Almighty God, Jeet and Diva tied the sacred knot today. It was a small and extremely private function, so we could not invite all our well-wishers, for which I sincerely apologize. I seek blessings and love from all for my daughter Diva and Jeet.”
The industrialist also announced a ₹10,000 crore donation, stating the funds would be directed toward healthcare, education, and skill development initiatives.
“These efforts will provide all sections of society with access to world-class hospitals, medical colleges, K-12 schools, and skill academies with assured employability,” sources said.
In addition to the donation, Jeet and Diva pledged to support the weddings of 500 women with disabilities each year, contributing ₹10 lakh per wedding.
Days before the ceremony, Jeet Adani met with 21 newlywed Divyang women and their husbands to formally launch the initiative.
Gautam Adani, expressing his pride, wrote, “As a father, this pledge gives me immense satisfaction. I believe it will help many Divyang daughters and their families live with joy and dignity.”
Jeet Adani, who joined the Adani Group in 2019 after studying at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, currently leads Adani Airports and Adani Digital Labs.
Last month, Gautam Adani mentioned the wedding would be “a simple and traditional affair,” rather than a grand, star-studded event.
