NEW DELHI, OCT 19: A new civic organisation named the Lal Hit Janta Party convened its first membership gathering at Malviya Smriti Bhawan in Delhi on Sunday, taking a strong stance against the ongoing demonstrations targeting Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The meeting attracted significant attention across public forums as speakers addressed recent political developments.

Group convener Ayan Bhatnagar affirmed during the event that the organization was created not to contest political elections, but to uphold constitutional values and counter public disruptions. Speakers maintained that prolonged protests affect local business operations and urged citizens to protect the credibility of key democratic bodies, including the Election Commission.

Bhatnagar declared that the group aims to engage in peaceful public discourse and facts-based dialogue rather than agitation. He asserted an open invitation to opposing groups for public debate, emphasizing that democratic processes should always be conducted within legal frameworks. The group encouraged youth participation to strengthen national institutions and foster constructive civic engagement.
