Patiala, March 16 – The Patiala Development Authority (PDA) has placed commercial and residential properties worth approximately ₹622 crore on e-auction across Patiala, Nabha, Sangrur, Dhuri, and Amargarh.
The auction, running from March 12 to March 22, aligns with the Punjab government’s plan to modernize urban infrastructure.
Estate Officer Richa Goyal said the auction has drawn strong public interest. “A total of 154 residential plots, 127 shop sites, 67 booth sites, around 50 SCOs, one chunk site, and one school site are available for bidding. Interested participants can apply through puda.enividha.com,” she said.
Successful bidders must pay 25% upfront, with the remaining 75% payable in eight installments or as a lump sum, with a 7.5% rebate.
Earnest money deposits (EMD) from unsuccessful bidders will be refunded, while those of successful bidders will be adjusted against future payments.
Key sites, including the Lehal Mandal site (12 wells) near Gate No. 22 and the Infotage Academy site opposite SBI Bank, Urban Estate Phase-2, Patiala, are also up for auction, drawing significant interest.
