PSEB Class 10 Results: Rural Students Outperform Urban

Mohali, May 16— The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) declared the Class 10 results on Friday, recording an impressive overall pass percentage of 95%. Out of 277,746 students who appeared, 265,548 have cleared the exam.

Girls outperformed boys once again, securing a pass percentage of 96.85% compared to 94.50% for boys. Rural students also surpassed their urban counterparts, registering a success rate of 96.09%, while the pass rate in urban areas stood at 94.71%.

Three students scored a perfect 650 out of 650 marks. Akshnoor Kaur from Faridkot was declared the state topper, followed by Ratin Deep Kaur from Sri Muktsar Sahib in second place and Arshdeep Kaur from Malerkotla in third. Though all three scored equally, rankings were decided based on age.

Students can check their results online by visiting the official PSEB website, www.pseb.ac.in. After entering the required credentials on the results page, individual scorecards will be displayed.
