Pathankot, 18th October 2024 — A young man from the Sundisari village in the Bhoa constituency of Pathankot, who went to the United States two years ago to improve his family’s financial situation, has died under mysterious circumstances. The news has left the family devastated, who are now pleading for the return of his body to Punjab.
The man was the sole breadwinner for his family, which includes his wife and two young children—a daughter and a son. His family, still in shock, shared that he had left for the U.S. with the hope of securing a better future. They now face the tragic reality of raising his children without him.
“We don’t know how to tell his children that their father is no more,” a family member said, appealing to authorities to expedite the process of bringing his body back home so they can offer their final prayers.
