Punjab Sees Record-Breaking Rain; Weather Alert Issued

by The_unmuteenglish

Chandigarh, 28 February — Punjab has witnessed continuous rainfall for the past two days, with the weather department issuing an alert for heavy rain and strong winds.

Reports indicate that the current weather pattern has broken a 55-year record.

Moga has experienced intermittent showers since last night, while the sky has remained overcast since Friday morning.

The fluctuating weather, with cold winds, occasional sunshine, and dark clouds, has made temperatures unpredictable.

On Thursday, strong winds and a thick layer of black and white clouds added to the chill, prompting residents to take out warm clothing to cope with the sudden shifts between cold and heat.

The unpredictable conditions have caused discomfort, with the changing temperatures making it difficult to adjust.

Authorities continue to monitor the situation as the weather remains unstable.
