Ludhiana: A six-year-old girl’s body was discovered wrapped in a blanket at the labor quarters in Fauji Colony, Moti Nagar, Ludhiana, on Monday with authorities suspecting a neighbor may be involved in the alleged rape and murder, although an FIR has been filed against unidentified persons.
According to Police, the minor girl’s parents left for work in the morning, her grandmother dressed her after feeding her. The girl then went outside to play but went missing. When the grandmother realized her absence, she started searching for her but could not find her.
Moti Nagar Police arrived at the scene after receiving the report and began an investigation.
