In 1990, when Sachin was returning home after touring England, Anjali was also there at the Mumbai airport and they both met.
When Anjali saw Sachin for the first time at the airport, she found him very cute. After which Anjali ran behind the master-blaster for an autograph. Anjali went through a lot of trouble to meet Sachin. She even reached Sachin’s house by posing as a fake journalist.
