Chandigarh, 1 March 2025 — A workshop on cybercrime, investigation, and law will be held at Law Bhawan Hall, Sector 37, Chandigarh, on March 2, bringing together cybersecurity experts, law enforcement officers, and legal professionals to discuss evolving digital threats and enforcement strategies.
Organized by Truth Labs, Nasdeep Foundation, and Proud Legal, the workshop will cover critical issues such as hacking, phishing, financial fraud, identity theft, and cyber terrorism. Sessions will focus on digital forensics, cybercriminal tracing, and ethical hacking tools, alongside discussions on the Information Technology Act, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and data protection laws.
Justice Talwant Singh, Former Judge, Delhi High Court, will deliver insights on digital evidence, ethical hacking, and inter-agency collaboration to combat cyber threats.
The event will also feature interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and case study presentations to analyze high-profile cybercrime cases and law enforcement strategies.
Organizers said the initiative aims to bridge the gap between law enforcement, legal professionals, and cybersecurity experts, enhancing cyber resilience.
Certificates of completion will be awarded, and discussions on future collaborations to strengthen cybersecurity measures will be held.
