New Delhi: Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is set to host a ‘Court of the People’ today at Chhatrashal Stadium in Delhi, as announced by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh.
The event, dubbed Janata Jan Adalat, will commence at 11 am, featuring addresses from Kejriwal and other party leaders.
In response, the BJP criticized Kejriwal, suggesting it would be more beneficial for him to address the public’s concerns rather than stage a “people’s court.”
Delhi BJP state president Virender Sachdeva challenged Kejriwal to respond to six specific questions.
This event follows Kejriwal’s first ‘Lok Adalat’ meeting held on September 22 at Jantar Mantar.
He resigned as Chief Minister on September 17 after being released on bail in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, and Atishi took over the position on September 21.
