Laljit Bhullar Appointed In-Charge of Majha for Civic Elections

Chandigarh, December 7, 2024 — Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar has been appointed in-charge of Majha region for the upcoming Municipal Corporation and Municipal Council elections.

Balbir Singh Pannu, AAP MLA and Chairman from Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur, expressed gratitude towards Minister Bhullar, stating that the appointment has bolstered the party’s confidence.

Pannu assured that AAP will secure all 13 seats of the Dera Baba Nanak Municipal Council.

Pannu also accentuated AAP’s growing influence in villages, noting that voters are steadily moving away from traditional parties to join AAP, signaling the party’s expanding support base in the constituency.
