Speaking near the historic land of Baba Bakala, associated with Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the Chief Minister affirmed that the public will hold rival parties accountable for past governance failures and social issues.
The Chief Minister asserted that the Shiromani Akali Dal remains eager to form political alliances solely to secure power, maintaining that voters remember past controversies and administrative oversights.
Bhagwant Mann declared that the Congress party lacks a cohesive public vision and faces ongoing internal fragmentation that undermines its standing across the political landscape.
Highlighting ongoing state initiatives, the Chief Minister maintained that over ninety percent of households across the state receive free electricity, alongside merit-based employment delivered to over sixty-nine thousand young residents without corrupt practices.
State infrastructure measures outlined during the address include the construction of three thousand one hundred sports stadiums to engage youth constructively, extensive road repair programs covering forty-five thousand kilometers, and targeted financial support under the Mother-Daughter Respect Scheme.
The Chief Minister affirmed that state agencies continue expanding healthcare access by facilitating cashless medical coverage up to ten lakh rupees per family, alongside direct development grants for rural local bodies.
