MI vs SRH Match Highlights: Mumbai Indians defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 4 wickets at Wankhede Stadium on Thursday. Batting first at Wankhede Stadium, Sunrisers Hyderabad could only score 162 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. In response, Mumbai Indians won the match with 11 balls to spare. Cummins Shines for Hyderabad

Rohit gave a good start to the Mumbai team chasing the target of 163 runs but he was dismissed on a personal score of 26. Ryan Rickelton scored 31 runs in 23 balls. Suryakumar Yadav scored 26 runs in 15 balls and Will Jacks scored 36 runs in 26 balls. Hardik scored 21 runs in 9 balls. Tilak Verma returned unbeaten after scoring 21 runs in 17 balls. Pat Cummins took three wickets for Hyderabad. Harshal got one wicket.

Steady Cameos and Quick Fireworks

Sunrisers Hyderabad batted first and scored 162 runs in 20 overs losing 5 wickets. Abhishek Sharma scored the highest 40 runs for Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad team openers Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma, who came to bat first, got a lifeline in the first over. Abhishek Sharma was out after scoring 40 runs in 28 balls. Ishan Kishan could score only two runs. Opener Travis Head returned to the pavilion after scoring 28 runs in 29 balls. Heinrich Klaasen contributed 37 runs in 28 balls. Aniket scored 18 runs in 8 balls and Cummins scored 8 runs in 4 balls.

MI vs SRH: Jacks Leads, Sunrisers Rally Late

Mumbai Indians had dominated so much that the first six of the match was hit in the 18th over which was the best over of Sunrisers’ innings. In this, Heinrich Klaasen (37 runs in 28 balls, three fours and two sixes) scored 21 runs, which spoiled the figures of Chahar (no wicket for 47 runs in four overs). Sunrisers Hyderabad found rhythm late in batting. The team finally added 57 runs in the last five overs to the score. For Mumbai Indians, Will Jacks took two wickets for 14 runs in three overs, while Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya and Trent Boult got one wicket each.
