Chandigarh, December 13, 2024: Advocate Vasu Ranjan, Chairman of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Council, has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) urging intervention to end the hunger strike of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal.

The petition seeks immediate medical assistance for Dallewal, whose health has been deteriorating rapidly, and calls for urgent action to prevent a potential law-and-order crisis.
