PATIALA, AUGUST 12: Senior-most Indian Administrative Service officer of Punjab and Director General of the Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Anirudh Tiwari, affirmed that there is no substitute for honest hard work put in by youth. He maintained that individuals who remain sincere and work dedicatedly ultimately achieve their set goals in life.
Speaking as the chief guest at a motivational seminar organized by the Sheela Alipuria Charitable Society for students pursuing higher education, Tiwari stated that becoming a good human being is the foremost requirement for living successfully in society. He asserted that adopting a basic value system and cultivating humility are essential steps toward personal growth.
Addressing the gathering, the senior administrator declared that ungratefulness remains a severe flaw, adding that expressing gratitude plays a vital role in an individual’s success. He further noted that difficult times should never intimidate students, urging them to embrace challenges with courage and view failures as stepping stones. Sharing insights from his long administrative career, Tiwari maintained that clarity of purpose is crucial, cautioning students against wasting valuable time on social media and instead advising them to develop a strong habit of reading good books to broaden their horizons.
Speaking on the occasion, President of the Sheela Alipuria Charitable Society, Ajay Alipuria, declared that the sole aim of the organization is to ensure complete, free higher education for needy students. He stated that around 35 students supported by the society are currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy courses.
Alipuria maintained that if every individual makes an effort to support the complete education of at least one child from an underprivileged family, it can transform generations. He expressed gratitude to Director General Anirudh Tiwari for guiding the students and acknowledged the support of the G.K. Institute and its Managing Director Gitesh Singla in facilitating free education for deserving candidates.
