Chandigarh, November 15: Punjab Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundia conveyed his greetings to devotees on the 555th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru.
Mundia noted that Guru Nanak Dev Ji, a leader of humanity, left behind timeless teachings like ‘Kirat Karo, Naam Japo, and Vandh Chhako,’ which hold relevance even today. He remarked that Guru Nanak envisioned a society free from caste barriers, superstitions, and discrimination, urging people to embrace new ideas and goals.
The Minister called upon everyone to follow Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s path of service and humility, aiming to build a peaceful and prosperous society in line with the Guru’s teachings.
