Lucknow, June 5: Indian team’s spinner chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav got engaged to his childhood friend Vanshika Chaddha on Wednesday at a hotel in Lucknow. During this, Rinku Singh, who is known as the Sixer King, joined his would-be wife and Machhlishahr MP Priya Saroj to congratulate him. Kuldeep Yadav will leave for England from here on the morning of June 5. He has to play his first test match in England from June 20.
The star spinner, who performed brilliantly this year in IPL and took 15 wickets, got engaged in a very quiet manner. Apart from the family of Indian team’s chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika, only a few special people attended the ceremony held in Lucknow. Vanshika’s father Yogendra Singh, who lives in Lalbangla of Shyamnagar, works in LIC. While Vanshika works in Australia.
A close friend informed that both of them were supposed to get married after the engagement in June itself, but due to Kuldeep being selected for the England tour, the marriage will now take place later. Some close friends from the city and coach Kapil Pandey attended the engagement. UPCA officials congratulated Kuldeep over phone on his engagement.
Rinku Singh, known as the Sixer King, also arrived with his would be wife, Machhlishahr MP Priya Saroj. He congratulated Kuldeep and Vanshika. Also, everyone got photographed together. Rinku Singh and Priya Saroj will also get engaged on June 8 at a hotel in Lucknow.
