To assist the families of those currently abroad, the Punjab Government has established a 24×7 NRI Control Room. CM Mann maintained that the state stands firmly with the aggrieved families during this crisis. He asserted that the Union Government must deploy special aircraft carriers, citing the significant contributions Punjabis have made to the nation’s food security and sovereignty as a reason for prioritized assistance.
