Bhogapuram, August 1: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the newly constructed Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport at Bhogapuram in Andhra Pradesh. Developed by GMR at a cost of approximately Rs 5,000 crore, the state-of-the-art facility serves as the third major airport in the state and aims to function as a crucial aviation hub for the North Coastal region.
