Ramban, Oct 18: A labourer died on the spot after two trucks collided near Seri on National Highway-44 in Ramban district.
Reports said that a truck bearing registration number JK09A-4377, travelling from Srinagar towards Jammu, collided with another truck bearing registration number JK02BU-2535 near Seri.
In the incident, a labourer identified as Mohd Azim, resident of Bunjwah, Kishtwar, who was working with CPPL, died on the spot.
Meanwhile, traffic movement was regulated through the up tube at the site of accident.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
