Chandigarh, 10 November 2024: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the list of bank holidays for November 2024, with banks set to remain closed for a total of 10 days, including weekends. Customers are advised to plan their banking activities accordingly to avoid disruptions.
Key Holiday Dates:
November 12: Banks will be closed in multiple states for Egas-Bagwal. Affected states include Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Chandigarh, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu, Uttar Pradesh, Nagaland, West Bengal, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Srinagar.
November 15: Closure across these states for Guru Nanak Jayanti, Karthik Purnima, and Ras Purnima.
November 17: Sunday (Weekly holiday)
November 18: Banks in Karnataka will be closed for Kankadsa Jayanti.
November 23: Fourth Saturday of the month (Bank holiday)
November 24: Sunday (Weekly holiday)
