Mumbai, 1 November 2024: A tragic accident claimed the life of a 16-year-old boy near Mumbai after a bicycle stunt went wrong.
Neeraj Yadav, from Mira Road, suffered fatal injuries when he lost control while riding down a steep slope near Ghodbunder Fort in Mira-Bhayandar, slamming into a wall next to a house gate, as shown in CCTV footage from a nearby shop.
On Monday, Neeraj had ridden his bicycle to the fort, where he attempted the high-speed descent.
Upon colliding with the wall, he collapsed, bleeding and unresponsive.
Concerned passersby gathered around the scene and, realizing he wasn’t responding, rushed him to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Government Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
