Panchkula: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Gian Chand Gupta, who is also the Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, conducted a roadshow in Panchkula on Wednesday evening, and listed the development initiatives accomplished over the past decade.
Gupta stated, “We have focused on bringing transparency to government operations, providing jobs based on merit without discrimination, and working for the welfare of the people. Our aim has been to uplift society through the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,’ while consistently promoting social unity, harmony, and brotherhood.”
In contrast, he criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for “making anti-national comments” during his trips abroad, accusing him of attempting to defame and divide the country.
Gupta expressed confidence that the pace of development in Panchkula would accelerate even further during his potential third term.
