Gurdaspur, 17 November 2024,— A fatal road accident occurred on Batala Road at Kalanur, where a cyclist was struck by an unidentified vehicle.
The victim, identified as Harbhajan Singh, a local resident, died at the scene.
According to reports, Singh was reportedly returning home after his daily milk delivery when the collision took place.
The deceased’s son stated that his father, a dodhi (milk seller), was on his regular route when the accident happened.
He is now appealing for justice in the case.
Authorities have taken the body to Gurdaspur Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination, and legal proceedings have been initiated to investigate the incident.
