Chandigarh, 25 March 2025: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan extended a warm welcome to Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan during their visit to the Punjab Assembly for the Budget Session.
Sandhwan presented both dignitaries with glass-framed replicas of Sri Harmandir Sahib and traditional Lohis.
“It is an honour to host our counterparts from Haryana and strengthen the spirit of cooperation between the two states,” Sandhwan said.
Expressing gratitude, Saini and Kalyan appreciated the warm reception. “We are delighted by the hospitality extended to us,” they stated.
The occasion was attended by Punjab Cabinet Ministers Harpal Singh Cheema, Gurmeet Singh Khuddian, and Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal.
Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa, BJP leader Ashwani Sharma, and MLAs Kulwant Singh Pandori and Jaswant Singh Gajjan Majra were also present.
