Raipur: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, campaigning for the BJP in Haryana, pledged to create over 1.5 lakh government jobs in the state.

Speaking at a rally in Raipur Rani, he claimed that Prime Minister Modi played a crucial role in halting the Ukraine-Russia conflict for four hours to facilitate the evacuation of Indian students.

While advocating for BJP candidates Shakti Rani Sharma and Gian Chand Gupta for the Kalka and Panchkula Assembly seats, Singh stated, “We have already provided 1.5 lakh government jobs in Haryana and will offer even more in the next five years if we are re-elected.”

He also announced plans for a bill on ‘one nation, one election’ to reduce the costs associated with holding separate elections.

The defence Minister said that Haryana’s GDP has surged to Rs 10 lakh crore under BJP governance.

Singh recalled the BJP’s long-standing commitment to revoking Article 370, which they accomplished after coming to power under Modi, contrasting it with the Congress party’s record of stalling development.

He criticized Congress for failing to announce its Chief Minister candidate and asserted that Nayab Singh Saini would lead the BJP government if elected.

In closing, he urged voters to choose ‘between development with the BJP or destruction with the Congress’.
