Chandigarh, Sept 15: The Punjab School Education Department issued an official advisory alerting the public to fake recruitment advertisements circulating across social media platforms and WhatsApp. Official communications from the Director General School Education-cum-State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan affirmed that claims regarding 1,000 open vocational trainer posts in government schools are entirely false.

In an administrative direction sent to all District Education Officers (Secondary), authorities clarified that neither the state government nor any authorized private agency issued these vacancy lists. Officials maintained that stakeholders and job seekers must refrain from circulating these notices or engaging with individuals attempting to dupe citizens under the guise of employment offers.

Department representatives attached sample copies of the fraudulent notices alongside fake school allotment lists to help the public identify the scam. Officials declared that job seekers should report suspicious individuals or unauthorized recruitment claims directly to authorities to prevent fraud.
