Shimla, July 25: Flash floods caused by localized cloudbursts and torrential rains caused extensive disruption across several parts of Himachal Pradesh. Swollen mountain streams damaged infrastructure, while major landslides blocked traffic on critical state highways, leaving commuters and tourists stranded in remote stretches.
Emergency response teams, including state disaster management personnel, were deployed to high-risk zones to clear debris and assist affected residents.
