Chandigarh, 23 February — Punjabi singer-actor Guru Randhawa has been hospitalized after sustaining injuries while filming an action sequence for his upcoming movie Shaunki Sardar.
Randhawa shared the update on Instagram on Sunday, posting a photo from his hospital bed with a cervical collar and a bandage around his head.
“My first stunt, my first injury, but my spirit remains unbroken. A memory from the sets of Shaunki Sardar. Action is tough, but I will work hard for my audience,” he wrote.
Directed by Dheeraj Rattan, Shaunki Sardar also features Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and is set to release in theaters on May 16.
