Amritsar, 1 December 2024– A significant religious and cultural ceremony unfolded at Gurdwara Sri Jyoti Sarup Sahib, the cremation shrine of Chote Sahibjade Baba Jorawar Singh, Baba Fateh Singh, and Jagat Mata Gujar Kaur Ji. On this auspicious occasion, the much-awaited dome and golden embellishments were unveiled, marking a momentous milestone for the Gurdwara.
The procession service began with the solemn participation of key dignitaries, including Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami. Also present was the head of Baba Bidhi Chand, Baba Avtar Singh, who played a pivotal role in initiating the ceremonial service. The atmosphere was filled with reverence as the community gathered to honor the martyrs and witness the sacred event.
Prominent leaders of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, along with the entire leadership of the Shiromani Akali Dal, participated in the event, showing solidarity and devotion to the legacy of the Sikh martyrs.
