GURUGRAM, April 16 — In a major push to Gurugram’s high-end real estate market, Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers have launched Trump Residences Gurugram, marking the second Trump-branded residential project in the city.
The ultra-luxury development will rise in Sector 69, along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), featuring two 51-storey towers and a total of 298 residences. The developers expect the project to generate Rs 3,500 crore in sales, with an estimated investment of Rs 1,200 crore.
This follows the launch of Trump Towers Gurugram in 2018, and further cements the Trump Organization’s interest in India’s luxury property sector.
