NEW DELHI, June 8 — Leaders from the opposition INDIA bloc finalized a five-point consensus strategy during a high-level conference on Monday, resolving to petition the judiciary over electoral procedures and demand the immediate exit of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The joint assembly drew 23 organizational leaders to the capital, though representatives from the Aam Aadmi Party and Tamil Nadu-based regional parties, including the DMK, remained absent from the deliberations.
The tactical grouping announced that its immediate legal priority centers on submitting a formal petition to the Chief Justice of India concerning the ongoing Special Intensive Revision infrastructure.
“It was agreed to send a letter to Chief Justice of India on SIR, vote loot and stealing of elections,” Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge stated during a media briefing after the session. Leaders noted that the document would be forwarded to the top court within days to address what they describe as systemic vulnerabilities in voter list management.
The second primary resolution focuses heavily on recent national examination controversies, with the bloc seeking political accountability for academic administrative disruptions.
“He presided over the betrayal of lakhs of youth who appeared for NEET and CBSE exams,” a joint statement from the alliance leaders noted.
The coalition reordered its broader political agenda to push for structural adjustments to national fiscal policy. The participating groups requested that the union government call an emergency all-party meeting to review current inflationary trends, rural distress, and underemployment metrics affecting ordinary citizens.
To sustain institutional unity between legislative sessions, the alliance finalized a recurring calendar, scheduling their subsequent comprehensive strategy summit in Hyderabad this August. For the upcoming Monsoon Session of Parliament, the parties committed to daily planning sessions, which will take place each morning inside the parliamentary office of Mallikarjun Kharge, the Leader of the Opposition.
