The directives were issued during the weekly public grievance assembly on Monday, where individuals from various districts presented their concerns directly to senior leadership.
Addressing instances of illegal land occupation, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath maintained that upon receiving a valid complaint, cases must be investigated strictly and stringent action taken against those found liable. He further declared that there is no place for criminal elements within the state, directing law enforcement teams to take firm measures against individuals issuing personal threats to citizens.
The assembly brought forward multiple instances where victims faced both land disputes and subsequent intimidation from local actors. The state leadership promptly forwarded these applications to respective departmental heads, affirming that investigations into both structural and personal safety complaints must be expedited to ensure timely relief for affected families.
Among the specific grievances raised was a real estate issue involving property developments across Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Noida, where applicants alleged that a single residential unit had been fraudulently registered under multiple names. Taking note of the administrative lapse, the Chief Minister asserted that a thorough inquiry must be conducted to penalize the responsible builders if found guilty, ensuring that the rightful owners receive proper legal remedy.
